Clean hotel with great skyline views. The rooms are decent and offer views of the convention center. The bed is comfy, and the staff is absolutely awesome! 💫

Very good location in downtown Pittsburgh. The building was nice and staff was good.

We had a great stay at this historical hotel with a good value.

The room was updated and spotless with a roll-in shower and amenities like hairdryers and bath sheets. Enjoyed the lovely view of the skyline. Most of the staff were outstandingly accommodating and extremely friendly. The location was marvelous, close to many nice restaurants and the Bistro.

Recently refurbished and updated room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a mini refrigerator. Paid US$ 132. Wonderful, favourable location close enough to the cultural district.

The staff was friendly, and I liked that they had a Starbucks right in the building.

This property is located close to convention center and close enough to the cultural district for an easy walk, Most of Downtown is at max a 15 minute walk. The room was clean and modern with very tall ceilings which made it feel bigger than it is, Very comfortable bed. Large, clean, modern bath and a great shower. Staff pleasant and responsive. No long waits for valet to get car. Room seemed bigger and nicer than some other mid priced properties in the downtown. Hotel has its own decently rated restaurant but there were three or four others directly across the street and many others close by.

Inside room with no view but I did not expressly request a room with a view. The room was a bit warm for our taste even though we turned the thermostat down. No sound through the walls but with the old wooden construction you could hear the floor above creaking as guests walked around up there. But that was just a nit. A free breakfast would be nice. This property is nicely located for a leisure trip in Pittsburgh but other Hotels might be closer to some of the key business in the city for a business trip.

Great location near a cool museum. The restaurant here serves up a tasty breakfast. I had some amazing dishes. And the service was top-notch! 😄

The staff was friendly and very accommodating

Room mix do to a third party booking led me to having a queen bed instead of the king I asked for.

The hotel is well-kept and impeccably clean. The property provided good customer service during our trip. The location is favorable and wonderful, with nice views of the skyline. It's just next door to several good restaurants and bars, the theater district, and the center.

The rooms are wonderful. They are extremely spacious with beautiful high ceilings. Try to request a higher floor for a decent view of the city.

An hour and a half before checkout (10:30 AM), a member of the cleaning staff was pounding on everyone's doors and asking what time we were leaving. This was a little off-putting and made me feel very rushed.

The location to a museum and a theater was marvelous and beautiful for what I wanted. The hotel itself was in a beautiful area.

I will never stay here again because they do not offer complimentary coffee before 7:00 am. On Sun., Jan. 31 at 6:45 am, the front desk clerk sent us out in the dark and the cold to a starbucks 4 (long) blocks away which was actually not open. The coffee in our room was not replenished after the first day of our stay. The front desk told us when we checked in that coffee was available 24/7. When we checked out the following Monday at 6:00 am, the front desk was able to get coffee for us but it seemed cheap that they charged us 2.50 for each cup of coffee. I am an early riser and this was extremely annoying to me.

Clean hotel in a lovely building short walk to Point State Park, theaters, and the tunnel. Beautifully maintained and brand-new room with central heating, pay TV, and a mini refrigerator. Good sleep in a comfortable bed.
